Members from Newmark's Philadelphia office spent a morning volunteering at MANNA, where they helped prepare nutritious meals for Pennsylvanians with life-threatening illnesses.
MANNA is a leader in evidence-based nutrition services, bringing together dietitians, chefs, drivers and volunteers to cook and deliver medically appropriate meals and provide nutrition counseling to neighbors who are battling serious illnesses.
Second Stork
Members from Newmark's Minneapolis office volunteered at Second Stork, where they helped package and bundle supply bags to provide low-income families with diapers, wipes and other items critical to the health, safety and care of a newborn.
Second Stork provides families in need with essential newborn care items free of charge, believing every baby should have a safe and healthy start.
Lead to Read KC
ZimmerCares, the philanthropic arm of Newmark Zimmer Kansas City, a licensee of Newmark, supported Lead to Read KC in its 2023 initiative. Participants volunteered a total of 119 hours, donated over 3,100 books and raised $16,500 to support the bright futures of Kansas City children.
Lead to Read KC is a nonprofit dedicated to improving children's social, emotional and reading skills by advancing a literacy platform and mobilizing community volunteers.
TECHO
Team members from Newmark's Latin America offices partnered with TECHO and local families in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama on a two-day mission to build houses and water filtration systems for underprivileged communities.
TECHO is a youth-led organization that works to end poverty in informal settlements across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Downtown Women’s Center
Members from Newmark's Los Angeles office volunteered at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles, packaging over 500 meals for women experiencing homelessness.
The Downtown Women's Center's mission is to end homelessness for women in greater Los Angeles through housing, wellness, employment, and advocacy.
